Connecting the Laneway & the Terrace

Laneways, Terraces and Arcades abound in our City Centre - we've got some really funky little spaces. The Laneway Studios are aready humming, Terrace Arcade is growing in vibrancy, Penny Lane Arcade could do with a little more love and the community wants to connect them all back to the "main strip" of the City Centre; Marine Terrace.

How can we do this? Art & Beautifcation is a good starting point; washing windows and painting murals.  But there is more to it than that! We can give the whole area a spruce up with a little soapy water, some crafty cover-ups, a bit of footpath art to create visual connections and installing a chill-out zone.
